Job summary

Stadler U.S. is seeking a dedicated NCR Specialist to ensure products meet drawing requirements and specifications. You will participate in corrective action, root cause, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key activities include leading investigations, reviewing supplier certificates, communicating NCR status, and maintaining MRB data across projects. Strong MS Office skills and supplier management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the non-conformance process and upscale issues not resolved in a timely manner.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventative action plans with cross functional support.
• Review supplier inspection certificates and reports.
• Communicate non-conformance status and solutions internally and externally.
• Lead across departments and suppliers for internal rework and repair concepts and execution.
• Maintain MRB information for all projects.
• Review, apply, and write SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor ongoing non-conformances and applicable metrics.
• Bring non-conforming material into compliance using customer and internal specifications.
• Create and utilize NCRs and Engineering Change Requests.
• Identify, report and recommend solutions for recurring quality control issues.
• Create 8D and 5 WHY Reports, corrective and preventative actions; follow-up as required.
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely resolution of NCR issues.

• Identify, report and recommend solutions for recurring quality control issues.
• Create 8D and 5 WHY Reports, corrective and preventative actions; follow-up as required.
• Maintain supplier relationships to continually ensure consistent and timely resolution of NCR issues.
