Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to manage accreditation readiness, clinical quality, and UR licensure across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace lines.

The role requires expert knowledge of NCQA and URAC standards and strong project coordination across internal and external partners. The position supports ongoing compliance, responses to audits, and development of documentation to meet accrediting body requirements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5+ years of experience, and 3 years SME in PBM/Managed Care.
• Experience with NCQA and URAC accreditation standards is required.
• Strong auditing, reporting, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead accreditation readiness and licensure activities across lines of business.
• Coordinate audits, responses, and documentation for accreditors.
• Analyze data and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and track actions.
• Define and document accreditation processes per state and federal rules.
