Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is seeking an NCPK Lead Teacher in Jacksonville, NC. The position requires an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and birth–kindergarten licensure, with prior classroom experience.

Salary ranges from $35,000 to $54,000 USD. We offer benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, paid holidays and PTO, and employee childcare discounts. No nights or weekends, and a collaborative team environment.

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and birth–kindergarten licensure
