Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company, is seeking NCLEX tutors for its Live Learning Platform. You can set your own schedule, tutor remotely, and leverage the Tutor Copilot for real-time support to enhance lessons.

Earn up to $40/hour with the flexibility to invoice and get paid twice per week. Strong subject mastery and the ability to tailor instruction to individual nursing students are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of NCLEX content areas including safe and effective care environment, health promotion and maintenance, psychosocial integrity, and physiological integrity.
• Ability to teach clinical judgment strategies and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with NCLEX test plan and adaptive formats; capable of addressing pharmacology and labs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students.
• Offer on-demand tutoring when available.
• Deliver sessions using the Varsity Tutors platform and adapt to student needs.
