General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a SharePoint Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint Online solutions. You will focus on modern SharePoint experiences, SPFx components, and seamless Power Platform integration within a NCIS-focused environment.

The role requires 8 years of SharePoint experience (3+ years in SharePoint Online), TS/SCI clearance, and strong .NET/JavaScript skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility acceptable.
• 8 years of experience with SharePoint, including 3 years developing SharePoint Online solutions.
• Experience working in on-premises SharePoint environment and SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages (C#, Python, .NET) and web technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, REST APIs, Web Services, XML, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS).
• Proficiency in SPFx development and tools (SharePoint Designer, workflows, Visual Studio, forms, Power Platform, AvePoint, Nintex).
• BS Degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the function and activities of SharePoint Online development, troubleshooting, and user requirements analysis, focusing on UX.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy SPFx solutions, leveraging Power Platform and related technologies.
• Integrate SharePoint Online with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for comprehensive business solutions.
• Develop modern SharePoint experiences using SPFx for custom web parts, extensions, and apps.
• Create automated workflows with Power Automate; integrate with APIs and other enterprise systems.
• Handle program design, modeling, simulation, coding, testing, debugging and documentation for development.
• Design and develop SharePoint solutions based on client business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement applications, framework improvements and infrastructure changes.
• Create and customize SharePoint site collections, subsites, dashboards, and content types.
• Organize data structures, ensure data integrity and backups.
• Maintain records of SharePoint updates and activities.

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) is the Defense Department component responsible for criminal investigation, counter‑terrorism, counterintelligence, and cyber matters.

• Responsible for managing the function and activities of SharePoint Online development, including troubleshooting issues, coordinating with other SharePoint developers, and analyzing user requirements and activities, focusing on user experience and interface.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions utilizing the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and related technologies.
• Integrate SharePoint Online with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create comprehensive business solutions.

• Maintain records of SharePoint updates, maintenance, tasks, and activities. Ensure data integrity and manage backups.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Active TS/SCI clearance. Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is also acceptable.
• 8 years of experience with SharePoint, including 3 years developing SharePoint Online solutions.
• Experience working in on-premises SharePoint environment and SharePoint Online.
• Skilled in object-oriented languages (e.g., C#, Python, .NET) and web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, jQuery, REST APIs, Web Services, XML, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS).
• Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development and experience with out-of-the-box and third-party tools (e.g., SharePoint Designer, workflows, Visual Studio, forms, Power Platform, AvePoint, Nintex).
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and capabilities.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of when agile methodology or a hybrid approach is required.
• Required Certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE. Preferred: MCPD, Power Platform Developer Associate, Teams Application Developer Associate.
• BS Degree in a technical discipline.
• Location: Onsite at Quantico, VA.
• Position Availability: Pending contract award in late August / early September 2026 timeframe.

Likely salary range: $128,039 - $173,229.
