Job summary

ISC Constructors in the United States is seeking NCCER Certified Instrument Fitters to join our field team. The ideal candidate will read loop sheets, P&IDs, and blueprints, and be able to install instrument stands, headers, instruments, tube trays, and steam tracing, plus perform tube bending in groups.

Minimum 4 years craft-specific experience, the ability to pass drug/alcohol tests and background checks, and knowledge of high-pressure valves are required.

Qualifications

• Must be NCCER certified as Instrument Fitter.
• Able to read loop sheets, P&IDs and blueprints.
• Experience installing instrument stands, headers, and tubing.
• Skilled in tube bending and steam tracing installation.
• Knowledge of high-pressure valves and fittings.
• Capable of using mechanical/hydraulic tubing benders and welding fittings.
• Able to pass post-offer drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Read loop sheets, P&IDs and blueprints to plan work.
• Install instrument stands, headers, instruments, and tubing.
• Perform tube bending, welding fittings, and valve work as required.
• Assist with steam tracing and tube tray installations.
• Operate tubing benders and ensure compliance with safety rules.
