Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate carry deck and swing cranes to lift, move, and position loads safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections and report issues immediately.
• Verify rigging and lifting gear meet load requirements and inspect gear before use.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalpersons, and site supervision to ensure safe crane operations within load limits.
• Set up cranes with proper outriggers and boom configurations per manufacturer specs.
• Follow load charts, lift plans, and hand signals; maintain logs and lift documentation.
• Adhere to OSHA, NCCCO, and company safety requirements and site policies.
• Assist with general site duties including equipment mobilization and maintenance support.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
