Job summary

Boh Bros. LLC is seeking a Crane Operator to handle traveling or stationary overhead cranes, lifting and positioning loads with safety and precision. The role requires NCCCO certification and 3–5 years of crane operation experience, plus compliance with NCCCO/DOT requirements and medical card rules.

The operator will inspect equipment, maintain hoisting mechanisms, and ensure safe operation under company safety policies. LAT/TLL certifications are preferred for advancement and versatility.

Qualifications

• NCCCO Crane Operator Certification is required.
• LAT (LAT/LBC/LBT) certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of crane operation experience is preferred.
• Must comply with NCCCO/DOT requirements including Medical Card.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate traveling or stationary overhead cranes to lift, move, and position loads.
• Observe load hookups and determine safety of loads.
• Manipulate crane controls to regulate speed and direction of movement.
• Clean and maintain crane and hoisting mechanism.
• Inspect crane for defective parts and notify supervisor of defects or malfunctions.
• Attach load to hook or other crane accessories prior to operating crane.
