Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced program support professional to assist in Navy surface training projects, managing documentation, meetings, and data analysis.

Under supervision, you will prepare briefings, agendas, and presentations, coordinate IPTs, track action items, and support cost, schedule, and performance monitoring.

Experience with DoD/Navy programs and MS Office is preferred; bachelor's degree required; security clearances may be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting DoD, Navy, or government programs preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and support multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing presentations, briefings, and digital media products for SWTC meetings and STAVE IPTs.
• Prepare and update databases, naval messages, and agendas in NAVSEA-approved formats
• Support the drafting, review, and analysis of program documentation under supervision
• Coordinate meeting schedules and assist with logistical arrangements for briefings across stakeholder orgs
• Assist in drafting and maintaining program briefings, including presenter notes
• Support oversight for training development efforts, tracking curricula, VT/PTT, and classroom renovations
• Assist in monitoring cost, schedule, performance, and risk related to training development
• Support development and maintenance of project status briefs and Integrated Master Schedules
• Provide administrative support for TRDs and TSRA; coordinate RAWGs
• Attend and document IPTs and track action items; prepare meeting minutes
• Assist in preparing cost, schedule, and performance status briefs to leadership; compile data for charts/graphs
• Provide administrative support for planning meetings, presentations, and action item tracking
• Assist in coordinating with Learning Centers for cost estimate development for training
• Support MOAs/MOUs with external stakeholders
• Provide administrative and analytical support for training development under 339NEF
• Assist in pre-development analysis for POM submission
• Support streamlined execution of curricula and training development packages
• Assist in monitoring cost/schedule/performance and recommending mitigations
• Develop and maintain project status briefs and management tools
• Prepare cost/schedule/performance briefs for division leadership; organize data for presentation
