Job summary

Athena Technology Group (ATG) seeks a Navy Qualified Validator to support NSWCPD with cybersecurity policy, validation, and program implementation. You will provide risk assessment consultations, create SARs, and ensure compliance of security controls.

The role requires active Navy qualification, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a Secret clearance. You will contribute to on-site testing and independent assessment while advancing cyber posture reviews.

Qualifications

• U.S. Navy Navy Qualified Validator Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, communications systems management, or equivalent STEM degree.
• Secret Clearance required at proposal submittal.
• Industry-specific knowledge.
• IAT-II level certifications: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk assessment related technical consultations to Program Managers, Information System Owners, ISSEs, and ISSOs.
