Job summary

Entarian is seeking a Project Manager to support the sustainment of NSIPS ashore and afloat versions. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery with Navy stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with Navy and DoD standards.

Qualified candidates have an active US Secret clearance, 10+ years PM experience (5+ years Navy program leadership), and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. PMP and FAR/DoD knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active US Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of additional relevant experience).
• Minimum 10 years Project Management experience, to include: technology assessments, infrastructure operations, systems analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning.
• Five (5) years as manager of Navy programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with Navy personnel management objectives and program directives.
• Coordinate with Navy stakeholders, system users, software developers, cybersecurity teams, and program offices to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, communication plans, and milestone tracking for initiatives.
• Monitor system enhancement timelines, defect remediation, and modernization efforts, ensuring quality and compliance with DoD IT standards.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, technical working groups, and project status reviews to communicate progress and resolve issues.
