Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced Navy ERP SAP Functional Consultant to sustain and enhance SAP-based processes for NAVWAR CEBO PSS. Located in Charleston, SC, this role focuses on production support, issue resolution, and alignment with Navy ERP standards.

The position requires a DoD SAP background, relevant FI/CO/FM/SD experience, and the ability to travel ~25% while collaborating with government customers and technical teams to improve business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
• Three years of SAP ERP functional support experience.
• Experience in FI/CO, FM, or SD modules.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active secret clearance.
• Travel ~25% travel required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional production support for Navy ERP SAP sustainment operations, ensuring system availability and issue resolution.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP production issues within assigned functional areas.
• Support system enhancements, testing activities, deployments, upgrades, and change management efforts.
• Develop, update, and maintain functional specifications, SOPs, desk guides, user documentation, and other required system documentation.
• Collaborate with government customers, technical teams, functional leads, and business stakeholders to support system improvements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, knowledge transfer, and end-user training activities.
