Job summary

Commander, Navy Installations Command in Guam is seeking a Motor Vehicle Operator (Courier) to receive and deliver official mail and other items across installations, ensuring safety and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires operating various vehicles up to 10,000 pounds and performing related administrative tasks with a standard 35–40 hour work week. Eligibility is under Fed Internal Search with a $20.32–$23.70 hourly pay range and an Other security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick up and deliver official mail, parcel packages, and other business items for distribution to and from the Service Support Center, across installations and post offices.
• Safeguard transported items at all times.
• Operate vans, sedans, station wagons and trucks up to 10,000 pounds on local roads, following traffic and safety regulations.
• Complete trip records, maintenance records and accident reports; report vehicle issues.
• May collect deposit bags; log deposits; deliver change funds; coordinate with staff as needed.
• Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
