Job summary

Insight Global seeks a seasoned Lab IT/Validation Specialist to provide advanced support for Roche Navify and related LIS systems in a healthcare setting. You will analyze workflows, validate changes, and collaborate with laboratorians, vendors, and IT teams to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, validation experience, and familiarity with Epic laboratory modules. You will help implement system enhancements and maintain documentation and testing plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with Roche Navify or similar lab middleware.
• Experience supporting LIS, lab middleware, or healthcare apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across applications and infrastructure.
• Experience with software validation, testing methodologies, and change control processes.
• Understanding of laboratory operations, specimen workflows, and diagnostic environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Roche Navify and backend server issues.
• Analyze system functionality, interfaces, configurations, and workflows to identify root causes.
• Validate system changes and configuration modifications for expected functionality.
• Develop and execute validation plans and document results for compliance.
• Conduct dry and wet testing to verify application performance.
• Collaborate with lab staff, vendors, and IT teams to implement enhancements.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and optimization of laboratory platforms.
• Participate in troubleshooting and testing of integrated healthcare applications and clinical systems.
• Assist with system documentation, change management, and maintenance of lab applications.
• Support future testing/validation efforts related to Epic laboratory workflows.
