The role emphasizes organized scheduling, proactive problem solving, and accurate reporting, with attention to timeliness and quality of service in a home infusion care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 6 months related scheduling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple referrals and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Investigate pharmacies staffing needs and take action to staff accordingly.
• Schedule, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy.
• Work with other staff members to fulfill the needs of patients and nurses’ schedules.
• Identify hard to fill schedules and take proactive actions.
• Possess excellent communication and written skills to effectively speak to employees, patients and pharmacies.
• Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations.
• Update nurses’ calendars daily.
