Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Program Manager Representative to coordinate NAVSEA ship modernization, integrating alteration work packages, design requirements, and ILS with shipyards and government sponsors.

The PMR will report progress on milestones, costs, and production schedules, working closely with the Navy and Serco teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery. This is an on-site role with travel up to 10% and a DoD clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years directly relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Travel up to 10% (CONUS) and ability to work on-site at naval facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement pre-planning and execution of NAVSEA ship modernization.
• Monitor milestones, MSR and AIT, and manage cost reporting.
• Collaborate with shipyards, government sponsors, and planning yard reps.
• Review design changes and growth work; report to NAVSEA 21.
• Lead, train, and mentor PMR support as needed.
• Maintain security procedures and deliver technical briefings.
