Q.E.D. Systems Inc. seeks a Program Manager to support NAVWAR PSF contract at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, VA. You will oversee tasking, budgeting, and deliverables, serving as the main interface with government personnel and handling contract performance metrics.

Requirements include 7+ years in program management (5+ with a bachelor’s), U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret Clearance. This is a full-time, contingent-hire position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience, or 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic oversight including tasking, budgeting and reporting task status and management of contract deliverables (CDRLs).
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Government logistics personnel, Contracting Officer and COR; report on contract performance metrics and status.
