The ideal candidate will have experience in complex manufacturing, proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and a relevant technical degree. Qualifications

• Experience in developing and optimizing complex manufacturing processes, ideally in shipbuilding or related heavy industry.
• Proficient in applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.

• Fluency in English required.
• Permanent EU citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for naval projects.
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to ensure seamless production.
• Identify process risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Document comprehensive manufacturing processes and best practices.
