Job summary
A leading naval shipbuilding company in Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for critical naval projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex manufacturing, proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and a relevant technical degree. This role requires excellent collaboration skills and a strong ability to identify risks and implement improvements. Candidates must have permanent EU citizenship due to the nature of the projects. Qualifications
Experience in developing and optimizing complex manufacturing processes, ideally in shipbuilding or related heavy industry.
Proficient in applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Proven ability to identify and mitigate manufacturing risks.
Fluency in English required.
Permanent EU citizenship required.
