Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Representative for the COMNAVAIRLANT EQOL Team at Norfolk Naval Base. You will generate purchase requisitions in government systems and manage/issue material for FS&L SMEs, ensuring timely procurement and material movement.

The role requires Navy supply experience, NSN/APL knowledge, forklift readiness, and the ability to obtain a CAC badge and security clearance. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 1 year with Master’s; or HS diploma with 7 years experience.
• Experience sourcing, procurement, RFPs and vendor-supplier relations.
• US Navy supply experience using NSN and APLs.
• Inventory control and tool control experience.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain a forklift operator license.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office.
• Ability to obtain CAC badge and base access.
• Experience using ILS tools FedLog/OneTouch.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Sources, purchases, plans, and schedules movement of materials through production and inventory processes.
• Identify material requirements from engineering and production specs.
• Coordinate material movement across manufacturing and inventory cycles.
• Analyze data to determine lowest cost while ensuring quality and timely schedules.
