Job summary

Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks an experienced Logistics Analyst for our government client in Portsmouth, VA. You will handle material requisitions, LLTM tracking, and procurement documentation, ensuring efficient supply-chain operations for ship repair and maintenance.

Required six years of Navy shipboard supply experience, active Secret clearance, and proficiency with MILSTRIP, MAT, and related logistics software. On-site role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Active Secret Clearance; candidates with clearance preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 6 years of full-time, hands-on Navy shipboard supply experience.
• Minimum 2 years in ship Maintenance and Material Management (3M) maintenance.
• Knowledge of MILSTRIP and open purchase procurement.
• Ability to read APLs and research shipboard manuals.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive and distribute supplies.
• Review specifications to identify government furnished material and LLTM via NMD.
• Monitor LLTM and critical path material using MAT and 3PP data.
• Identify alternative supply sources when deliveries do not meet schedules.
• Create and edit documents using MAT for FUM labeling and transfer.
