RT&T Inc. is seeking a Range Systems Engineer (Journeyman or Senior) to integrate, test, and optimize range capabilities at the Atlantic Test Range in Patuxent River, MD.

You will work on TCTS II, LATR, and RTS, collaborating with government and contractor stakeholders to deliver decision-quality test data for naval aviation. The role requires on-site work, a DoD security clearance, and a background in systems engineering with significant experience in real-time data collection and analysis.

Qualificações

• BS degree in a systems engineering discipline or related area.
• MS degree in systems engineering or BS with extensive experience (14 years total) as described.
• Comfort working onsite and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Apply systems engineering to analyze, design, integrate, and test range capabilities (TCTS II, LATR, RTS).
• Provide real-time data collection, analysis, and data reduction during flight tests and training events.
• Document analyses, test plans, and system specifications; participate in change control and ECPs.
• Coordinate with Government ATR/PMA personnel, RTT PMs, OEMs, and subcontractors to troubleshoot and manage risk.
