Naval Engineering and Nuclear Curriculum Program Administrator
Full‑time position with ProSidian, a Management and Operations Consulting Firm serving private companies, Fortune 1,000 enterprises, and government agencies across a broad spectrum of industries.
We are seeking a Lead Information Support and Program Administrator to support an engagement for a branch of the United States Armed Forces focused on naval warfare, power projection, nuclear deterrence, and engineering. The role involves providing information support, program administration, and technical coordination for the 572 Program, a cross‑functional initiative that links the Naval Nuclear Power School (NNPS) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS).
Responsibilities
- Provide information and technical support for the 572 curriculum in collaboration with Program Managers at NPS.
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote the 572 program to students and graduates.
- Coordinate technical support and communication among all program stakeholders.
- Maintain liaison with Navy commands in project areas and regularly interface with NPS Admissions and Registrar Office.
- Prepare and deliver reports and briefings on a frequent basis.
- Leverage experience with the Naval Nuclear Officer Community, including NNPS and NPS graduates and career pathways of surface and submarine nuclear officers.
- Support delivery of asynchronous program components.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) at an advanced level; create presentations and written communications effectively.
- Serve as a U.S. citizen and be suitable for federal employment, including successful completion of E‑Verify and security clearance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience in marketing, customer service, and educational systems, particularly distance learning curricula.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet milestones.
- Knowledge of the U.S. federal travel regulations for authorized travel.
- Prior experience working with federal agencies or in a defense‑related environment is a plus.

- Strong presentation skills and written communication proficiency.
- Eligibility for a “Facility Access Authorization” by the U.S. Government’s Security Office.

Travel
Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
Location
Work will be conducted at Bangor Base, WA and Charleston, SC.
