Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years related experience or an Associate's Degree with 3 years related experience.
• Certification may be required.
• Experience in shipbuilding engineering or design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction validation documents, including Check Sheets and dimensional control workflows.
• Produce girthing, alignment, and rotational data from engineering models and design references.
• Provide construction and erection guidance compliant with shipbuilding standards and geometry control practices.
• Coordinate and update daily technical tasking, production priorities and documentation schedules.
• Interface with engineering, production, and external stakeholders to interpret fabrication requirements and tolerances.
