Job summary

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance must be obtainable and maintained.
• BS degree or equivalent years of experience in Aegis Combat Systems or related fields.
• Willingness to travel to Navy/DoD facilities occasionally.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain 250+ TB of space on the NSWCDD classified network (cRDTE).
• Move data via electronic transfers and physical media to appropriate network shares.
• Archive data from cRDTE to LTO media and restore as needed.
• Document data management tasks in Microsoft Excel and report weekly on Confluence.
• Track data requests and generate monthly data management reports.
• Update Data Management SOP and communicate with Navy customers.
• Recommend data model and visualizations improvements.
• Create PVRs for Aegis B/L 5.X CDS elements and manage MS L/airways/CEC TCD versions.
• Download, extract, and manage Aegis program source data and dictionaries.
• Attend weekly SPM Build Prep meetings.
• Travel to Navy facilities for analysis tool installation.
