Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of research techniques.
• Effective communication, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Conduces research and analysis on focused questions following CNA's quality standards.
• Develops institutional knowledge of primary clients and sponsors.
• Collaborates with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Supports business development by background research and materials preparation.
• Limited interaction with sponsors under supervision.
• Contributes to project work with modest impact and leadership support.
• Presents work effectively to colleagues and managers.
• Works under close supervision on structured project pieces.
• Contributes positively to team dynamics and project outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
