Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market in Carmel, IN is seeking a Vitamin & Body Care Clerk to keep natural living shelves stocked, greet customers, and maintain a friendly, energetic demeanor. You will rotate stock, check expiration dates, assist customers with purchases and follow Health Department guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1–2 years grocery retail experience in Vitamin & Body Care preferred.
• Natural foods industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of natural living aisles, storage and work areas.
• Stock department items, facing, pricing accuracy and organization.
• Rotate stock and monitor expiration dates with a code date log.
• Assist customers with purchases, information and product selection.
• Receive, inspect and log products for shipment, temperature and quality.
• Follow health department guidelines and department procedures.
• Participate in pre-inventory activities and maintain product knowledge.
