Job summary

TC Energy's US Gas Marketing team in Houston is seeking a Natural Gas Scheduler to support daily nominatons and scheduling across interstate and intrastate pipelines. You will monitor capacity, constraints, and changes, track gas movements, and coordinate with operators, traders, and accounting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, familiarity with Nominations and Endur or similar ETRM systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of natural gas scheduling, pipeline operations, or energy trading support.
• Understanding of nominations, confirmations, storage, and balancing activities.
• Experience with EBB systems preferred.

Connect to what matters.**The Opportunity** Our US Gas Marketing team is looking for a Natural Gas Scheduler to support the daily movement of natural gas across multiple interstate and intrastate pipeline systems. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their scheduling career who wants to learn the commercial side of gas markets, transportation, storage optimization, and trading support. **What You'll Do** * Execute daily nominations, confirmations, and scheduling transactions on natural gas pipelines.* Monitor pipeline capacity, constraints, maintenance notices, and operational changes.* Track physical gas movements, storage activity, and imbalance positions.* Coordinate with pipeline operators, customers, traders, accounting, and operations teams.* Support transportation contract administration and asset utilization.* Ensure internal systems accurately reflect physical gas activity.* Assist with month-end balancing and reconciliation activities.* Help identify operational risks and scheduling opportunities. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field.* 2-5 years of natural gas scheduling, pipeline operations, energy trading support, or related experience.* Understanding of pipeline nominations, confirmations, storage, and balancing activities.* Experience working with EBB systems and energy trading platforms preferred.**Preferred Experience** * Natural gas scheduling exposure.* Knowledge of North American pipeline operations and transportation contracts.* Experience with ETRM systems (e.g., Endur).* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment **About our business** We are a leader in North American energy infrastructure, spanning Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.
