Job summary

SimIS, Inc. seeks a Military Partnership Advisor to support partner capability development by integrating NATO capability development approaches with partner activities, ensuring coherence with the NATO Defense Planning Process and interoperability requirements.

This on-site defense planner role focuses on long-term capability development beyond 5 years. The position requires a Master’s degree and 10 years in defense or security fields, with experience briefing senior leaders and coordinating

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in a Defense or Security-related position in NATO or multinational contexts.
• Experience drafting for and briefing senior leaders with cited documents, articles, or presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support Partner capability development by coordinating with HQ SACT and Partner Nations to foster NATO-Partner cooperation.
• Advise internal stakeholders on strategic value, risks, and opportunities of NATO military partnerships and contribute to policy and directive drafting.
• Lead staff support for ITPP integration and Planning & Review Process-related work within ACT; support bilateral and multilateral engagements.
