Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal seeks Traveling RN Providers to deliver laser treatments across Milan’s 400+ locations nationwide, ensuring continuity of care and client education. The role requires strong clinical skills, travel readiness, and a commitment to patient satisfaction.

As a full-time, salaried position, you will coordinate with the Scheduling Team to cover assignments across multiple clinics, with travel by flight and vehicle as needed, and travel expenses covered by Milan.

Qualifications

• : Current NP license in good standing with national FNP certification required.
• : Ability to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environments.
• : Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care.
• : Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• : Ability to maintain highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments per medical protocols and safety standards; complete pre-treatment setup; operate laser equipment; conduct daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Explain treatment plans, set expectations, and guide pre/post-care; reinforce progress and suggest additional areas.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience; tailor treatments and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare rooms, manage room turnover, follow opening/closing tasks, inventory and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with clinic teams to support daily operations and sales goals; uphold Milan’s standards.
