Job summary

CLASS, Inc. is seeking Traveling Leasing Specialists based in Atlanta to travel nationwide and lease apartments on-site at various communities. You will manage leasing tasks for 35 to 45 consecutive days at each property and then enjoy a two-week paid vacation between assignments.

No prior leasing or real estate experience is required, though a valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel 30–50 days per assignment.
• Ability to conduct property tours and walk up to 3 miles daily.
