Job summary

ITAC is seeking one to two experienced Specialty Construction Foremen to lead nationwide installation of fall protection systems. You’ll oversee 2–3-person crews, ensure safety and efficiency, and manage short-duration projects with travel and company-provided logistics support.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in construction, foreman experience, and the ability to work at heights. OSHA familiarity and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of construction experience with electrical or mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Supervisory or foreman experience on job sites.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for short-term projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DMV check.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work at heights.
• Familiarity with fall protection systems and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead fall protection system installs (guardrails, harnesses, safety systems).
• Supervise and train a small on-site crew.
• Coordinate site logistics and materials.
• Travel nationwide for short-term projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA standards.
• Read and interpret engineered drawings and project plans.
• Liaise with project management, clients, and local teams.
• Inspect equipment and assist in project setup/closeout.
