Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex programs across diverse markets. This client-facing role requires aligning multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while delivering exceptional client value.

You will mentor staff, build trusted client relationships, support business development, and guide project managers and technical leaders to achieve strategic objectives. Extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Mentors more junior staff and develops them for future growth within the discipline and firm.
• Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) activities.
• May participate in professional association and societies, attend conferences, contribute to papers, etc.
