Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Traveling Project Executive to oversee massive electrical infrastructure programs across multiple regions, including data centers, industrial sites, and renewable energy facilities. The role demands on-site executive presence and relentless focus on mobilization, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will manage national-scale projects valued at tens of millions, travel up to 75%, and collaborate with pre-construction and estimating teams to secure resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing large-scale electrical projects on a national scope.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to support project requirements in different states.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in diverse geographic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid mobilization and strategic execution of remote electrical construction projects across the country.
• Manage complex logistics and labor relations across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with Electrical Code requirements and local labor laws.
• Execute high-level project oversight for massive projects ($75,000,000 to $200,000,000+) requiring specialized technical expertise.
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction and Estimating to ensure resource allocation for projects in new markets.
• Maintain executive presence on job sites to drive safety culture and operational efficiency.
