Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support over 400 locations with sales leadership and operational excellence. You will conduct client consultations, drive revenue through tailored treatment plans, and mentor clinic teams to maintain strong performance and a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to mentor a small team and develop talent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening.
• Willingness to travel extensively (100%).

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership.
• Deliver engaging consultations that convert leads to long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques.
• Drive revenue by achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Coach a team of 2–5 employees to sustain high-energy culture.
• Foster client relationships through exceptional service and solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversions.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals; support daily operations.
• Assist onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers.
