Reich Installation Services in the United States is seeking Construction/Racking Installers to join a fast-growing team. The role involves on-site work at various locations across the U.S. to install industrial racking systems and related equipment, requiring mechanical aptitude, physical activity, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to travel nationwide across the USA.
• General knowledge and experience with construction tools and equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights with fall protection.

Responsibilities

• Climb and work at heights with fall protection.
• Operate lifts safely and efficiently.
• Install racking systems and related components.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks as needed during installs.
• Coordinate across installation stages from layout to inspection.
• Navigate tight or confined spaces per project scope.
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Communicate proactively with team and supervisors.
