Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Tax Experienced Associate to join our National Tax team. This remote-friendly role supports partners and clients across a broad range of tax services, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and individuals.

You will collaborate with engagement teams, perform tax planning, and develop expertise in federal and state tax provisions while delivering high-quality client service and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• CPA, LLM or JD is preferred.
• 1–3 years of Tax experience.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients and across teams.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and tax tools such as CCH Access and RIA Checkpoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and state income tax returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and individuals.
• Assist engagement team in tax planning for clients, including projections and estimated tax calculations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Research federal and state income tax issues and develop conclusions.
• Support the National Tax Team with internal and external presentations.
• Assist the National Tax Team with technical calculations and analysis.
• Develop knowledge of complex federal income tax provisions.
