Job description

What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end onsite management and coordination of installation teams across Stiles projects nationally
  • Lead field crews and subcontractors from mobilization through commissioning and startup
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on-site — coordinating between customers, project managers, engineering, and service teams
  • Drive fulfillment of contractually agreed installation terms, on time and on scope
  • Track quality, document defects, and lead resolution of installation issues before they become customer problems
  • Manage site budgets and supplier costs, including additional and reduced scope changes
  • Lead on-site meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Ensure safety and compliance protocols are in place and followed — every site, every time
  • Document progress through weekly reports and milestone updates with your Project Manager
What You’ll Bring
  • Technical background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, master craftsman certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in complex industrial equipment
  • Proven experience as a site manager for large-scale machines and systems
  • Knowledge of panel processing, furniture, or cabinet production — a real differentiator here
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage field crews and subcontractors across concurrent projects
  • Sharp communication skills — you’re the face of Stiles on every job site
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort picking up proprietary systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively, domestically and internationally — this is a road role and you already know that’s where you do your best work
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you figure it out
Why You’ll Love This Role
  • High-visibility field leadership position with direct impact on project outcomes and customer relationships
  • Work on complex, high-value capital equipment installations — no two projects are the same
  • Collaborative support from engineering, project management, and service teams who respect field expertise
  • Career growth within a global organization that’s the backbone of woodworking machinery in North America
  • Competitive compensation and a travel package built for the road
