• Supervise development, sustainment, maintenance, and delivery of all technical tools and systems.
• Ensure tools/systems are approved by the customer before deployment.
• Assess performance, security, and effectiveness of current systems and implement improvements.
• Plan and implement customer-requested enhancements and new features.
• Coordinate sustainment of all technical platforms.
• Lead analysis, scoping, planning, and execution of technical solutions.
