Job summary

NSA Summer Internship Program in Georgia offers 12-week paid opportunities for students across undergraduate to Ph.D. levels. Interns will work in SIGINT and Cybersecurity operations, collaborating with NSA professionals to address mission-critical challenges while learning about the Intelligence Community and federal government.

The program runs mid-May to mid-August, with housing/travel considerations for eligible students and a pathway to security clearances following successful processing.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program at time of application.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Eligible to obtain TS/SCI clearance after background check, polygraph and evaluation.
• Available for interviews in Oct 2026–Apr 2027 (in-person or remote).
• UIT cognitive/motivation/English test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a 12-week paid internship program at NSA Georgia.
• Gain hands-on experience in SIGINT and Cybersecurity operations.
• Work with NSA professionals in STEM and non-STEM roles.
• Contribute to national security missions and learning objectives.
