Job summary

A pioneering space technology firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Program Manager for its National Security Programs. The role requires a self-starter with 5+ years of program management experience in aerospace and a Top Secret clearance. You will lead complex programs involving innovative solutions, ensuring mission success while collaborating with a talented team. The compensation package includes a base salary of $125,000 - $185,000 plus equity, with a comprehensive benefits plan including unlimited PTO and medical cover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or operations of government programs.
• Active Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance.
• Deep understanding of launch vehicles, spacecraft, or other aerospace systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring alignment between mission requirements and technology offerings.
• Oversee all aspects of programs from contract award through integration, test, launch, and on-orbit operations.
• Lead proposal efforts, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with engineering objectives.
