Qualifications

• Be a U.S. Citizen and meet FBI employment eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university.
• One or two years of appropriate work experience plus degrees as specified.
• Eligibility for Top-Secret SCI clearance and the ability to carry a firearm.
• Meet age, medical, and physical fitness requirements; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct investigations of potential federal law violations.
• Exercise judgement and resourcefulness to meet investigation demands.
• Liaise with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international agencies.
• Coordinate searches, seizures, and arrests; carry firearms and use force if needed.
• Maintain physical fitness to perform duties.
