Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking qualified Intelligence Analysts to support national security missions in a fast-paced federal environment. Positions require a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and CI Poly, with duties spanning threat analysis, information sharing, and mission coordination for government partners.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience; additional years can substitute for the degree for higher levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience; 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in place of a degree for an Intelligence Analyst I level position.

Responsibilities

• Apply qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw fact-based conclusions.
• Understand management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication to present findings, ask questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information.
• Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple sources to support threat analysis and client unit operations.
• Follow complex guidance and standard procedures and perform additional duties as needed.
• Some roles may require shift work including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
