BCG Attorney Search is seeking a National Security and Global Trade Associate in Philadelphia, PA. This role targets a 3rd-4th year associate with experience in U.S. economic sanctions, export controls, CFIUS, and national security in corporate and financial transactions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with practice groups on complex, cross-border matters for multinational clients.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in international trade, sanctions, export controls, or national security.
  • Experience with transactions involving trade or national security considerations.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
