Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a National Training Manager to lead and conduct training programs for our Specialty Account Managers. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively communicate our product offerings to healthcare professionals.
This is a hybrid role that includes both remote and field-based work. This position requires up to 50% travel based on reoccurring national, regional and HQ-based training events, as well as travel to customer field rides with our specialty account team.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. We encourage candidates of all levels to apply as there may be flexibility on final job title and responsibilities. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.
