Job description

About Kasa

Kasa is the leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. We partner with owners of multifamily and boutique hospitality properties to deliver stylish, professionally managed accommodations to business and leisure travelers alike. We took the best that hotels and short-term rentals had to offer and created a new class of hospitality that is well-priced, reliable, and offers a large selection of great locations.

Unlike traditional hotel operators, we prioritize automation, AI-driven pricing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue and improve guest experiences. Behind the scenes, we build technology that combines with our innovative operations to grow a globally scalable offering that delivers high-quality stays to guests. Our guests enjoy seamless check-ins, caring service, and attractive amenities — and if anything comes up, our on-site and remote guest experience team is available throughout their stay, ensuring our hospitality is rarely seen but always felt.

Purpose of the National Sales Manager position

The National Sales Manager will report to the Associate Director of Sales and work closely with the Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams. This individual will be laser-focused on driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and scaling our national accounts program. In a fast-moving startup environment, this role requires both big-picture strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. The National Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by expanding into new segment and securing high-value accounts, develop and refine the national sales strategy and playbook to ensure scalable success, and cultivate and convert group and preferred corporate opportunities for both short-term and extended stays.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of hospitality by redefining how travelers view flexible accommodations.

Unleash your career potential at Kasa

Kasa offers flexible accommodations for guests in dozens of markets nationwide. We partner with multifamily and hospitality property owners to offer various unit types in our portfolio, including short-term rental apartments, apartments, and traditional hotel rooms across midscale, upscale and upper upscale tiers.

About the Team

You’ll join Kasa’s broader Commercial organization and collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Distribution, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring Sales is tightly integrated with the full commercial engine. Kasa intends to disrupt traditional hospitality operations. You will be part of a team that will define the next generation of commercial success, building a high performance team leveraging the latest in artificial intelligence and automation technologies.

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and seize emerging opportunities in real time
Qualifications
