Job Summary

Part of the PFT India team, candidate will execute commercial strategic plan for PD Blowers to rapidly grow business within assigned territory by leading sales, new business and managing accounts, to achieve budgeted levels of sales and profit, whilst offering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Meets order booking and revenue plan as established through AOP.
  • Lead and develop sales team for the respective division.
  • Identify new business potential & product offering.
  • Works closely with customers and support through training to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop Dealers / Distributors to expand market reach.
  • Provide annual forecasts by units and value. Further Monthly and Quarterly forecasts by product or market segment.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales team, Execution team, Engineering team and Production team to meet customer expectation and achieve desired AOP numbers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or another Degree.
  • Proven track record in Sales and execution role are preferred.
  • Must have good Written & Verbal Communication in English.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Channel Sales Management / Key Account Management / New Applications or segment.
  • Proven experience of handling Project & EPC type of customers.
  • Technical Sales experience in capital equipment industry.
  • Excellent industry knowledge of Wastewater industry / Pneumatic conveying / Process air Industry OEMs / Consultants / End Users / Industry influencers.
  • Good negotiation skills and influencing capabilities at senior level.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
