We are excited to announce that in partnership with our client, we are looking for a Project Lead to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

The National Sales Director (Project Lead) will be responsible for the operations and oversight of a team of Associate Sales Representatives . The national sales team will be educating and promoting on approved client messages to targeted accounts. The project Lead will also be responsible for delivering on all contractual obligations, as well as personnel and operational requirements. The Project Lead will work across the IQVIA organization and collaborate both internally and with the client to ensure effective execution of integrated solutions.

  • Client’s main point of contact regarding the commercial project work
  • Work closely with the client partner to create, manage, and maintain project plans and timelines including key milestones, business rules, workflows, and ensure alignment with IQVIA and client objectives.
  • Drive, analyze, and report on performance/progress (KPI’s/scorecard/priorities/key deliverables).
  • Manage the cross-functional collaboration across the internal IQVIA team and the client team to ensure all operational project deliverables/milestones are achieved.
  • Drive team performance through team building, coaching, training, motivating and management.
  • Responsible for conducting personnel/ HR related actions associated with IQVIA (interviews, employment offers), performance management (performance reviews, development or disciplinary plans, termination), and personnel issues.
  • Provide administrative oversight and approval of expense reports, monitors compliance with expense policies.
  • Coordinate meetings and associated components as needed.
Project Leader Requirements Experience

4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required

Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical device Field Sales Management/Regional Sales Management experience successfully overseeing a team of field sales teams required

The potential base pay range for this role is 150,000-170,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
