We are seeking an experienced, driven, and relationship-focused National Sales Director to lead and grow our sales organization across multiple markets.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a proven sales professional who understands DME, healthcare, hospice, home health, skilled nursing, and referral-based sales.
The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader who knows how to open new accounts, develop referral relationships, grow existing business, and motivate Account Managers to achieve exceptional results.
The National Sales Director will oversee sales and account management across multiple markets while leading and developing a team of Account Managers.
A significant portion of our business is focused on hospice, making experience with hospice organizations and healthcare referral sources highly valuable.
You will be responsible for both leading the sales team and driving growth through new account development, strategic partnerships, account expansion, and relationship management.
This is not a purely administrative leadership position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting in front of customers, developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing business.
Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience selling into the following markets are strongly encouraged to apply:
Experience working with referral sources, healthcare providers, discharge planners, case managers, hospice organizations, and senior care communities is a major plus.
This position will oversee and support multiple geographic markets, with regular travel required.
The role may include markets across the Midwest, Southeast, and other areas of the country as the organization continues to grow.
