9amHealth is seeking a National Partnerships Sales Manager to own and grow relationships with its largest strategic partners and ensure ongoing renewal success. You will close direct employer opportunities, collaborate with partner teams, and drive joint go-to-market strategies.
This senior role requires 5+ years in B2B healthcare sales, strong contract and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for partner offices and events.
9amHealth is an AI-enabled virtual specialty care platform focused on managing high-cost chronic conditions at scale. The company partners with employers, health plans, and pharmacy benefit managers to deliver comprehensive, cost-effective medical care for individuals living with obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia. Members receive access to specialized clinicians, including endocrinologists, obesity medicine specialists, and clinical pharmacists, at-home lab testing, prescription medications, and lifestyle support. 9amHealth was founded in 2021 and is backed by leading healthcare investors like Define Ventures, SemperVirens, 7Wire Ventures, and The Cigna Group Ventures.
As our National Partnerships Sales Manager, you’ll own and grow relationships with our largest strategic partners. You’ll be responsible for keeping 9amHealth at the forefront of their sales teams’ minds, developing new opportunities, and ensuring seamless contract renewals. You’ll also work hand in hand with these partners to close direct employer deals, even when the opportunity flows through a partner.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $100,000 to $125,000, plus variable commission with a 60/40 split between base and commission.
Chronic conditions like diabetes disproportionately affect BIPOC communities. At 9amHealth, we’re committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the people we serve. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities, and those from historically underrepresented communities.
