Job summary

The Assistant Director of Admissions at the University of Miami supports nationwide student recruitment efforts and enrollment goals by developing and implementing integrated marketing and recruitment strategies. This role requires extensive travel and strong analytical skills to use data in planning outreach and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or master’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in admissions, student enrollment, or related field.
• Unite law school CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements recruitment and yield strategies to attract prospective students and meet enrollment needs.
• Represents Miami Law at regional and national events and to a wide range of constituents.
• Provides information and guidance to prospective students and applicants through various mediums.
• Manages on-campus programs and events for prospective students and assists in admissions interviews.
• Compiles and analyzes student data, event outcomes, and recruitment trends for leadership reporting.
